no breakfast..got up late (took meds)
lunch

  • one salami and cheese sandwich( ????)
  • handful of chips (160 cal)
  • two low fat cheese sticks (120 cal.)
  • one can of lipton juice (150 cal)
dinner
    • pizza
    • water 
    • apple
    EXERCISE
    • 100 crunches
    • 15 minute dog walk
