Day 40: Ali (September 8, 2011)

(Today I'm starting the Special K Diet with Kirtie. I've heard a lot of positives and negatives about this, and people tend to believe it's a crash diet. It might as well be, if you go back to eating the way you did before once you lose the weight, you will gain in all back. Sooo, I'm going to gradually raise my intake after two-weeks and it should stay off)


Day 1: Special K Diet 
Start: (207.0lbs)






Breakfast:

  • Special K Cereal with Strawberries (110)
  • Skim Milk (30) 
  • Water (0)
  • Tea (0)
Lunch:
  • Turkey and Cheese Croissant Sandwich (362)
  • Carrots (11)
  • Chips (150)
  • Tea (0)
Dinner:

  • Special K Meal Bar (170)
  • Water (0)

Snacks:
  • Special K Snack Bar (110)
  • Special K Snack Bar (110)
Calories: 1,053/1,300 (Not bad, not bad : Pretty Normal intake Really)

Exercise:

Body Stretches
50 Crunches
