  • French apricot chicken

  • apple salad (apples, marshmallows, cool whip)
  • apple sauce 
  • 2 pieces of bread
  • diet pepsi
Dinner
    • two cheese quesidillas 
    • nachos with cheese
    • sprite 
    • water
    Exercise 
      HORSEBACK RIDING!!! omg it works! ^^
